We accept payment via PayPal only, if a buyer does not have a PayPal account you may also use a Debit / Credit card to make the purchase but this will be through PayPal only.

Refunds will be processed through PayPal only (if required) and will show up in buyers account within in 24hrs upon acknowledgment, however it may take 2-3 working days to show up in customer's Bank account.

We provide 14 day Money back guarantee for any item(s) returned back to us, if they are not required. Items will only be accepted back if the item is in same condition as when they were delivered i.e. unused and in the same sealed package - wherever applicable. Please note that the return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refund(s)/Replacement(s) shall not be processed until the item(s) are received back to our premises.

Any error from our side i.e. the item being faulty/wrong item or manufacturing fault than the cost of return postage will be paid by us. Please contact us before returning the item back to us, under such circumstances. We request the buyer to please include all the order details so that we can resolve the issue as early as possible.
