Only models fitted with Vented Discs ATE single 54mm diameter piston calipers
All pistons are Hard Chrome unless otherwise stated. Where pistons contain internal components it is necessary to retain all the internal components from your old piston and refit into the new shell. In most cases this will involve removing the existing Circlip or Snap-ring to withdraw the mechanism, before re-fitting into the new Piston

Whilst fronts kits are reasonably straightforward
In the interests of safety we would recommend you consult a technical publication such as Haynes if you have no previous experience.If in any doubt how to proceed correctly please consult a suitably qualified company to complete the work for you.
We would strongly suggest you adopt this policy for all rear kits with hand brake mechanisms
Great care should be taken during assembly to ensure you do not pinch the internal bore seals, this will most probably result in a leaking caliper.
Cleanliness is key any dirt or grit remaining in the caliper will also most probably result in a leaking caliper

Smaller components are sent Royal Mail first class, if ordered before 11.30am ( Mon - Fri ) they will be hand delivered to the Post Office that same day. Larger components are sent via 24/48 hours carrier. This applies only to UK mainland excluding Highlands and Islands and excludes Sat/Sun. For all other destinations please contact customer service for price and delivery information, prior to purchase. We cannot dispatch any goods via carrier without a telephone number.
