- The lid is dish-washer safe
- Microwave safe to 120 degrees. However, make sure you remove the lid first as the lid WILL MELT if placed in the microwave.
- The KeepCup Brew Limited Edition Cork is a more delicate item and should only be handwashed using a soft cloth and water.
- The cork band should never be removed from the cup.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning cloths on any KeepCup.
- Care should be taken: scratching or denting the cup or lid can compromise the seal. Even minor abrasion to the rim of the cup or lid seal area will compromise the seal.
- Nothing restores the KeepCup like gently rubbing the KeepCup with a paste of bicarbonate soda with lemon and rinsing thoroughly.
- In between use ensure the KeepCup is kept dry and stored with the lid off to avoid any unwanted smells developing.
- Caution - boiling liquid will cause pressure build up inside a completely sealed cup. Always open plug vent or remove lid when cup contains liquid over 65C.
- Always take care when consuming hot drinks.
- Be mindful when using the lid that you will not be able to gauge the temperature of the liquid in the cup.
- Please check that lid is properly sealed prior to use. If the seal on the lid is compromised or leaks - do not use.
- Seal in a vertical motion with cup resting on a flat surface.
- Remove the lid prior to placing in the microwave.

- Do not over fill.
- Do not use for long term storage - contents should be consumed relatively rapidly.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal or Bank Deposit. Payment would be appreciated within 7 days of item being purchased. We offer free postage on most of our products listed in our store, except those items that are advertised as plus postage whose delivery charges need be calculated separately. These are most likely bulky items or items that require special delivery.
Postal despatch within 24 hours of payment
The item will be posted within the same day/1 business day of payment. Item will be sent by Australia Post. Please remember that Australia Post say to allow up to 2-7 business days depending on where you live. Please ask if you want your item registered. Postal Insurance is recommended and is optional.
We can express post if you require your purchase quicker.
International buyers need to request a quote for postage.

Returns
Earthly Passion brings peace of mind
- We will accept returns/exchange up to thirty days from time of delivery, when an item has a quality issue or other appropriate issues.
- In the unlikely event that you have changed your mind, or the item does not meet your requirements, or you just wish to return it, the Item needs to be returned in the original packaging.
- We must receive an email of your intentions before the 30 days of your receipt of the item is completed (It is deemed normal postage delivery times have taken place).
- Please DO NOT RETURN UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
- Tracking numbers must be obtained and supplied in all cases.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging. A refund will be given on receipt of the item in original condition or as described in original communication. This will be checked with the photographs we hold and any other identification marks we hold. If the item differs from these a refund will not be issued.
- Not valid if a PayPal or eBay claim is filed or if there is any delay in notifying us.
- A refund of the sale price will be given on receipt of the item in original condition. Return postage will not be refunded.
- We are unable to process any refunds until the item / items have been received. We do not accept responsibility any loss or damage during the return process.
