UK Inland

All items are shipped Royal mail first class standard delivery from the UK; Delivery times usually take 2-3 working days.

International

All international parcels are sent Royal Mail standard Airmail signed for.

Delivery times vary:

• EU deliveries are estimated 6-14 days.
• Rest of the world are estimated 12- 28 days.

Return or exchange an item:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting via eBay message, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please contact us immediately on faulty goods.

All items are listed and photographed accurately as possible; we cannot reimburse the cost of any postage returned or paid by the buyer.

I have not received my order.

I received the wrong item
