While all care is taken to make our

UK Shipping
We
always try to keep our shipping charges fair which is why we only charge you
the same as what we pay (to within a few pence).
All
of our packages (100g+ or larger than a standard letter) are sent out via
myHermes 3-5 tracked. (The 3-5 day count starts once they have been picked up
from our shop)
All
items sent via myHermes are despatched the day after receiving payment so long
as we receive the payment before 9.00pm that day. (This excludes orders paid
for on a Saturday; unfortunately there are no pickups on a Sunday).
Items
less than 100g or the size of a standard letter shall be sent via royal mail 1st
or 2nd class, proof of
postage will be acquired.
International Shipping
For
international sales we use Global Shipping Programme (GSP). This means that
once we receive an international order we simply send it on to a UK shipping
Centre using our usual shipping company, myhermes 3-5 days tracked. This will
be done the day after we receive payment.
Once the item has arrived at the UK Shipping centre, it is then sent on to the
buyer using a tracked international postage service.
Returns
I am happy to accept returns up to 14 days after receipt. If the
item is damaged, faulty or not as described (in other words, the problem is my
fault) then please let me know and I will refund/replace. Sometimes all I need
is a photo. If I need you to return the item, I will refund return postage at
the same rate I charged you to post it out. Thank you. If you have received
your item but have changed your mind about buying then I still accept the
return so long as the item is still unused, in original packaging with no signs
of wear. In this case however, the buyer would have to pay the return postage
and would only be refunded the cost of the goods (minus the original postage)
