Born at the end of World War II, the Morton M-5 was a unique model airplane engine, it is a 5 cylinder gasoline engine of 5/8" bore, dry crankcase, spark ignition engine.  The engine was first produced by Morton Aircraft in 1946 from die castings and later the production was bought by Burgess Battery and continued into the early 1950's.  The engine was also offered in un-machined castings with drawings and instructions.  This CD-ROM is a copy of a set of those original Morton drawings and instructions but wait, it also contains some other things, like copies of original advertising from the period and information on where to get parts and help with your project.  It is supplied in PDF format, royalty free for your private use, You can print any or all of the drawings or simply read them on your computer.
