I cannot find any brand name on this bag nor any item number, material, etc. 

It has two magnetic clasps and an inner top zipper to keep it closed. 

It has a smaller zippered pocket on the back exterior. There is a medium sized pocket on the out part just under the flap. In the main zippered portion, there are two sections with a zippered pocket in the middle to separate between the two sections.  There is a another smaller zippered pocket on the back of the interior part. 

The adjustable straps appear to be decently reinforced and are in excellent condition. 

I couldn't find another bag like this to use as reference so pleases ask me any questions if you're unsure about something!
