Returns Policy

If an item(s) has arrived not as described in the listing, faulty, damaged or wrong one please contact me (before leaving neutral or negative feedback) and I promise the matter will be resolved. The customer is entitled to return the product for a refund if we are notified about the return within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product. He / she will be refunded the price of the product. Return shipping costs will not be refunded, unless agreed upon. It is required that products be shipped via an insured shipping method. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, accessories and all other items included in the sale. Returns that do not include all the peripherals will be charged on a per item basis. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of the item for the processing of the refund, though in most cases the refund is completed earlier than the given period. Second-hand items are not covered by any warranty.
