SHIPPING POLICY

Beau Monde Guitars, L.L.C. ships via UPS, FedEx or United States Parcel Service (USPS) at our discretion unless otherwise noted. Most items qualify for free shipping. If not, shipping rates are determined utilizing our shipping calculator. Once payment is received, your item will ship the same day (if placed by 3:00 p.m. EST) and a tracking number for your package will be posted to Reverb. All shipments within the state of New Jersey are subject to sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

Beau Monde Guitars, L.L.C. participates in eBay's "Hassle-Free Returns" program (please refer to rules of return). We understand that your business is the reason we are in business and we want nothing more than for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our staff takes pride in the products we sell and because of this we visually inspect and play test every item in an effort to ensure that all eBay listings are described as is.

We offer a 30-day (from date of delivery) money back guarantee on any item that does not meet the standards of our clients. With the exception of pre-owned instruments, returned items must be in resalable condition, complete with original packaging, blank warranty cards, owner's manuals and no signs of wear or abuse. Used and vintage items are allotted a 14-day approval period.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at Beau Monde Guitars. The buyer will pay return shipping costs. If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, it may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 10% may be assessed. All shipments are insured; therefore any damage to the item while in transit must to be filed directly with the carrier.
