RETURN POLICY

T & T Technical Hobby offers a standard 14 day return policy on all products, unless specified otherwise in the listing.

BUYERS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT ZENOAH ENGINE OR PARTS. THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEES FOR ANY EXCHANGES/RETURNS FOR WRONG ITEMS ORDERED.

Please contact us ASAP. You MUST get an authorization from us before returning the item (the buyer pays for all shipping fees and no refunds will be issued for shipping). Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from your purchase date. Returns and exchanges more than 14 days will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! A 15% restocking fee will be applied to ALL qualified returns and exchanges.This fee covers the cost of returning items to inventory.

Returning items must be unused and original package. Item will not be accepted for returns/refunds if the item is used or damaged. No refunds will be given until we inspects all returned items which may take up to two weeks. Purchasers will be responsible to pay for returning item’s shipping and handling fee to our warehouse.
