We offer a free delivery service on our items within Mainland UK. We generally despatch sameday, and your parcel will arrive within 3-5 Working days. If after 10 Working days your item hasnt arrived, please message us. Expedited shipping is available. If you are based in the midlands, ask about our Sameday Delivery - Cheaper than you would think, and in some cases, free! Please note surcharges apply to all outer islands, and highlands that are part of the UK.
We accept returns on items that are not as described, or that are dead on arrival. If you believe a product is incorrect / DOA, you must report this within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days it will be assumed the item is correct, and the sale is final. We will however respond and help with problems that occur after this period.
