2.Custom's duty and taxes are not normally payable, so any additional customs requirements are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s duty! The dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, veil, petticoat/crinoline (showed on the picture). Bidding is only paid for the dress!
3. Customer satisfaction is 100% with great communication with us. Please email us all the concerns you have. We usually get back to you right away, no later than 24 hours.
4. Dress Can Be Made in CUSTOM Size and Color.Please give me your exact size and color when placing an custom order, and we are very happy to accept Return when necessary ,in order to make the gown fit you well!

Return and Refund
Before sending the dress, we will check the dress details including size,
color, handwork to confirm item to be perfect. After your receiving the item, if
you are not satisfied with your received item, please do contact us and give
us a chance to help you solve your problem! It will be much appreciated for
your patience and understanding. If the dress not fit you, you can return
the item within 30 days! We can refund you all your payment (Excluding
returning shipping cost) or you can exchange item from us! Before making a
decision, please feel free to email us about your idea!!

1. Computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially the CRT and LCD screen. The dress you get might be some different from what you see on the auction picture. Please understand the limitation of the pictures themselves. If you do not feel comfortable about the possible color difference, please do not buy from internet; go and buy from a local store!
