I have to pay seller fee over the shipping fee. If you simply pay immediately, Ebay does not refund me the seller's fee when I refund and Pay Pal calculates for each separate payment $ 0,40 + their usual percentage.
Therefore, if a buyer pays immediately for each purchase I will refund the shipping fee the buyer paid too much minus 15% Ebay fee AND minus $ 0,40 Pay Pal fee for each separate payment after the first payment.
