---Returns are accepted but the buyer pays return shipping costs as long as we can agree that the item was described accurately and its listing presented it as reasonably close to what it is in real life. If we agree that there was an important error in my description of the item, or if the item had damage upon arrival, I will pay return shipping costs. I might ask you for visual proof in the form of an image. When sending an item back to me, it needs to arrive in the same condition it was in when it was originally sent to you or else I may charge you depending on the severity of the damage. 

Refund will be issued immediately after receiving the item back in the mail. It is not my responsibility if the returned item item does not arrive to me. This is why I always recommend getting a tracking number for the package.
