Hipotronics H815PL 15KV Portable DC Insulation Hipot Tester in excellent condition with very little use. Includes test leads, manual and power cord. 120VAC Input required. Tested sat with a 10 day inspection/ right of return. The only condition issue is a repair to the lid hinge, a metal backing plate was added to back of the lid (see pics).
