Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Premium Package for the Playstation 3 

The box was opened by customs, but is in good shape with normal shelf wear.  

The plastic that the arm is encased in has a tear on the bottom (pictured). 

The game, case, and bonus material have not been opened.  

Everything in hand is pictured.
