Payment
We accept PayPal, cheques and postal orders.
Non payment could result in you receiving an unpaid strike which is raised automatically by eBay, however, we will try to make contact with you to help you avoid this.
Shipping
Providing we have received clear payment, orders received by 4pm Monday - Friday, in most cases, will be posted the same day.
You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
As we offer Free Postage, we can not offer a combined postage discount.
Any item returned back to us as 'not delivered/not called for' we can arrange delivery again, however, the customer will be liable to pay the postage for this and a payment request will be sent through paypal before the item is posted again.
Refunds & Returns
If an item is returned for a refund through no fault of our own, we will deduct the companies postage cost from the refund amount you will receive. This includes any order that has had 'free shipping' as part of the service.
We will offer a refund or exchange if a product has been received faulty.
No refunds will be given for any item returned which has been used.
Buyer to pay returns postage cost if ordered wrong product or have changed their mind.
All returns to be made within 30 days of purchase.
