Wizz Karts are a Vat Registered UK Limited Company. The company owners were the founders of Zoom Karts back in 1996 and their knowledge, experience and service that they offer is second to none, they are well known and respected within the Kart Industry.
We stock all the top brands and unlike some others if we are listing it we have it in stock for immediate despatch.
WIZZ KARTS PRICE PROMISE - We aim to give you the best Service and Price that we have always offered you in the past. If the exact same Product is readily available elsewhere and has been at that price for a minimum of 28 days we will endeavour to at least match but in most cases beat it.
We will ship worldwide where the product can freely be shipped with no aviation restriction and all products that can be exported will have a P&P price against them, if your country is not listed please email for a shipping quotation. Should there be no shipping price then unfortunately we do not export that item overseas.
In the UK the majority of our products have a free delivery option and also express services at a small additional cost. Please note all courier shipping is priced as Mainland UK only and should the order for the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands there will unfortunately be a small surcharge to pay. There is no surcharge on small items sent by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Postal Service on average takes 1 - 2 working days for 1st class or 2-3 working days for 2nd class delivery. In case of postal delays, please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding a missing parcel. Our "Other 24 Courier" is a 1 day service, please note that in the majority of cases this is delivered within 24 hours but we unfortunately cannot guarantee this service, remote areas can take 2 days. We ship everything paid for before 3.00p.m. the same day (Monday to Friday, Weekend/Bank Holiday orders shipped on a Monday). We check our stock levels on a daily basis, but on the rare occasion when something is sold which is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
International shipping on average takes 5 - 7 working days, but can be up to 28. Express services takes from just 2 days.
Overseas customers that wish to purchase multiple items we would ask that you forward us via the ask a question or email sales@wizzkarts.com a list of your requirements and we will offer the P&P price prior to you making the purchases.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment and is recognised worldwide, customers that wish to pay by card can also pay using PayPal but please do not press the credit card option at the checkout, press the PayPal option as they have a facility that says "Don't have a PayPal account click here" This is basically the same as paying over the phone and where you enter your credit card details.

We have a very fair and flexible returns policy, if you purchase your item you're welcome to return it within 14 days from the purchase date. Any refunds made will not include the original shipping cost, and if it was free shipping there will be a charge to cover our cost of sending your requested item(s). For items sent via Courier there is a £6.95 return charge, for items sent via Royal Mail, it is up to £3.50 delivery charge.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty or broken, please contact us. Most of the time we will arrange a swap of the incorrect/faulty item with the correct product, and this can be done the next working day. To return an item/order, please email us your name, contact number and ebay ID.
For returns outside of the UK, please email us first.

Our normal operating times are 08.30-5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Our mobile is available after hours and has a message facility if we are unable to take the call, we answer all messages that are left within 24 hours.
Over the weekend and bank / public holidays we endeavour to answer messages and emails within a few hours, your custom is important to us and unlike others we feel this is only fair to be available within reason.
