The Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit Men's Running Shoe is the next generation of natural motion comfort. By removing the lateral seam, its one-piece upper conforms to your foot and moves with the integrated Flywire cables for an incredibly adaptive fit. The shoe encourages natural footstrike with a lower-profile cushioning and rounded heel.

The Flyknit 4.0 is more flexible than the 5.0 and more cushioned than the 3.0 and unleashes your natural stride with a lightweight, supportive Flyknit upper and a flexible, low-profile outsole.The Flyknit upper is a one-piece layer made entirely of polyester yarn and the knit-in Flywire cables cradle the midfoot for enhanced support.

With a 6mm difference between heel and forefoot height, the Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit gets you closer to the ground while still offering a great blend of cushioning and support.
