This item is 8mm Plastic Chain in a choice of Black or White in a carton containing 5 meters and also 25 Plastic Diamonds for application to the chain as desired.

The carton also contains 2 x 8mm joining links to join the chain to further length of chain or to a wall or post. (May require additional fixings not supplied)

Also available here on Ebay are Cartons containing 10 meters of Chain and 50 Diamonds, and Cartons containing 20 meters of chain and 100 Diamonds.

Please note that there are 30 links of chain per meter and there will not be enough Diamonds to achieve the effect shown on our picture if all the Chain is used. We have spaced them close together to give you a picture with more diamonds in it so you can see how they look, a spacing of 5 empty links between diamonds (7 per meter) is our preference but again you will need more diamonds if you use all of the chain and use this spacing suggestion. Further Diamonds may be purchased in packs of 10 if required.

Our Chains are manufactured from strong Polyethylene and can be cut using a hack saw or garden secateurs and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

There is a vast range of different qualities of Plastic Chain on offer from various sources today, When considering a chain you should pay attention to the balance between the thickness of the plastic forming the link to the overall width and the overall length of the link. Look closely at some chains and you will see that they appear stretched in the link lengths making them look stringy.

Also certain Plastic Chains are formed from plastics which may become softer and maleable in summer weather, Our Chains are rigid polyethylene which will not suffer from heat or cold. We are confident our Chains will offer you a good value, aesthetically pleasing and long lasting product.

Please note that the 8mm measurement refers to the thickness of the forming the link.
