We buy and sell watches as is. We do not fix watches and for that reason our policy is to list any item that need a service as for repair\parts. Some items might just needs a battery but since we didn't check it and can't guarantee it we will offer them as is in a reduced price. If a watch is listed as "needs a battery" we will give a full refund (including the shipment cost) in case it won't run after you put a new battery.
