This GHD DOES NOT fall under the original manufacturer's warranty.
If the product or parts are found in the reasonable judgement of SIRIUSHAIR to be defective in material or workmanship, our obligation will be to repair or replace such products or parts as may be appropriate in the circumstances.
Repair or replacement will be at the discretion of SIRIUSHAIR with replacements being made of a current model or parts performing the equivalent function.
All expenses associated with delivering defective items to ourselves will be paid by the customer
All warranty repair work will be completed within a reasonable time after receipt of defective items and at our cost.
