Job lot 4 Vintage Sindy Dolls, 2 x 033055X, 2 x 2GEN 1077.Clothed.
This is a collection of 4 Sindy dolls.
The two dolls that are marked 2 GEN 1077 033055X, have been very well played with, they have a jointed waist and bendable knee joints. The first one is styling Sindy from 1980 and her face has turned pale due to the vinyl used. She has extra long blond hair ( which may be a bit shorter than original) and which is quite wild; a finger on the right hand is missing. She is dressed in pants, a blue floral nightdress and matching robe- both of which are dirty/ stained and would benefit from a clean.The second doll with made in Hong Kong to the base of her back-we think from 1979-has frizzy blond hair with some missing at the back. She has jointed wrists with some degrading of the rubber around the base and discolouration/ dirt to the arms/ legs. Her feet are also worn. She is dressed in a blue/ white striped T shirt which has a green mark on it, a worn Aran jumper and blue corduroy trousers with some wear at the waist and the Sindy label inside.
The two dolls that are marked Sindy and 033055X to the back of the head are in good condition. We think these are basic Sindy from 1981/ 82. They also have jointed waists and bendable knee joints. One has blond hair the other, red. Both doll's hair have some frizz to the ends. Blond Sindy is dressed in a two piece pink polka dot suit, the trousers having braces- one side of which has come unstitched- and matching pink trainers. Red haired Sindy is dressed in a Jumping jive blue top and red/blue/pink/green netted skirt with a Sindy label inside and white ballet pumps.
