Shipping

• Our warehouses are located around the United States to guarantee you’ll receive your items in the most timely manner.
• Free shipping is available within the lower 48 US States
• We do not ship to PO/APO Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska
• We have a processing/handling time of 5 business days.
• Estimated delivery time will take within 10-11 business days. If there is a delay in the delivery of your item, we will inform you of an expected delivery date.

International Shipping

• For items available for International shipping, we are using eBay's Global Shipping Program. Please check each individual listing for details. .
• If your item is damaged, please contact us directly and we can discuss your options.
• For returns and cancellations, similar policies will apply.

Payment

• We only accept PayPal payment. This is the fastest and safest way of buying and selling online.
• If you are buying Auction items, payment must be accomplished within 7 days after the auction has ended. Otherwise, all unpaid items will be filed an unpaid item dispute through eBay.

Returns

We want to keep our customers HAPPY. If you're not happy with your purchase and wish to return or even cancel, we're most willing to accommodate and give your money back. However, we're genuinely requesting that you also read our policies for returns and cancellations.

• You can return your items within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All returns will incur 20% restocking fee.
• The buyer will bear the return shipping cost.
• If items are not eligible for return via shipping, you may be required to return it to the closest warehouse.

Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel, please cancel within 5 hours after payment as we normally process your purchase on that time-frame.
• Cancellations may not be guaranteed if the item has already been shipped out and the tracking number is issued. If that is the case, please refer to the returns policy on how to proceed.
• All cancellations will incur 20% restocking fee.
• Confirmation of cancellations will be send out within 2 business days. If confirmed, a refund (net of restocking fee) will be issued.
