We offer a Money Back Guarantee within 14 days of receiving the item, minus a 10% restocking fee When returning an item, we recommend insuring the package and selecting a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Please contact us prior to returning any item. To be accepted, returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, including all boxes and paperwork, intact. Please allow 1-3 business days after our receipt of the item for refunds to be processed. Items which have been resized per customer's request are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Warranty

PWJ-Outlet offers a two-year warranty for all watches, directly through our store. Coverage begins from the date that the item is received by the customer. This warranty applies to the watch movement, hands, and dial, as well as manufacturer defects such as the watch not keeping time or not performing to the specifications of the movement type. The warranty does not cover damage to any external parts, such as the crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, clasp, etc. The warranty does not cover damages due to improper care, neglect, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. With the exception of battery replacement or bracelet adjustment, this warranty will be rendered void if work is carried out on the watch by persons other than PWJ-Outlet.
