• We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our products to customers in the UK. 
• Your Item will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 24 Hours of receiving payment (Monday - Friday)
• We use Hermes Tracked, ParcelForce, Yodel, UPS and Royal Mail depending on the size of the item.
• The majority of these services are trackable and will require a signature upon receiving at your door.

• If you are not happy with your item please return it in it's original packaging and with all tags etc attached within 30 days. The item must be in a re-saleable condition.
• Goods must be returned carriage paid.
• The purchase price will be refunded by the same method as payment was made.
• Postage and Packaging will not be refunded.
• If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement including the cost of returning it to us.
