Minor defects though it is in *new* condition.

1. The Slipcover has some minor dings around the edges and corners but it is in good shape overall... think of it being wear and tear at a store from being moved around a lot.

2. There is a piece of plastic broken inside the case... it  is surprisingly internal and not part of the outer shell... plus it is not in the disc compartment!  So you will hear rattling when you shake it and it can be removed once opened. This piece does not affect the integrity of the case!
