• It is buyers responsibility to ensure the items are returned to us in the same condition as received, tags attached and in original packaging.  Items must be returned to us with packing slip -  please ensure enclosed are reason for return, eBay details, buyers eBay profile name, date of purchase and method of payment. 
  
• Please note items with free shipping, will be subject to a £2.50 fee.
• If an exchange is required we can dispatch the exchange upon receipt of the original item being returned to us - please do not ask for an exchange to be dispatched until we receive the original one back.  Exchanged items will require a postage charge.
