Monitor only; no power cord, stand, or serial cable. Monitor is used but in good shape and works, normal wear and tear from a University setting. These were purchased from a University and screens have been tested but the touch function has not been tested and is not guaranteed. These would be perfect for a mounted setup. 

To be perfectly clear, the touchscreen functionality was not tested and is not guaranteed. If you are purchasing for that function than it is at your own risk. I tested all the units with a vga or dvi and they all powered on and showed picture and worked with my Surface.
