An antique wood framed bronze and copper finished metal 11 x 13.5 inch back plate. The horse bust head sticks out approx 3 inches at it's farthest point. The engraved plate reads; "T. C & E ASSN. 1946 Juniors Horse Fair Won By". No name is filled in. Bailey's manf sticker on the back of frame.
It is extremely heavy, it weighs approx 8 lbs. without packaging.
Measures: 17 x 14 inches wood frame
Condition: In antique, aged pre-owned condition, shows it's age. metal is discolored a few scratches (see pics). Frame has scratches, the back is cardboard and partially pulled away.
