occasions, a DVD case/Game case may get cracked during shipment. I cannot offer replacement if a case is
cracked during shipment. I do guarantee
that the items I ship out are pure. Full
disclosure: occasionally I will create listings called *smashed case special*
that provide a discount on goods that I have received damaged.
Canadian
bidders:
Canadian Bidders (Bidders with Canadian Shipping Addresses) are welcome for
items under 13 ounces. ( an item is under 13 ounces if I offer USPS first class
shipping) Please add $2.00 USD for
Canadian Shipping. If you would like to
purchase an item heavier than 13oz, I recommend contacting me first, so that I
may calculate the shipping cost prior to purchase.
Foreign bidders: Foreign
Bidders (Bidders with a Non-US shipping address) are recommended to contact me
before purchase. Please include your
shipping address so I can give you a shipping cost prior to purchase.

Return
Policy:
* New Sealed Merchandise *
New merchandise is eligible for return within
14 days of the items delivery. Returns
are limited to merchandise that is still sealed. Please note that returns my be subject to a
restocking fee, specifically, in cases where the market value of the item has
significantly changed. Please also note
that the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund
amount (even if the listing had free shipping) and that you will be responsible
for the cost of return shipping.

Used Merchandise is always cleaned and tested
by me. I do not sell items that do not
work properly. If there is an issue with
an item, or if you believe I have provided an unreasonable description of a
used item, please contact me within 7 days of the item’s delivery. I will do my best to find a fair solution to
the problem.
