This is a timepiece of one of the most known and recognized Swiss brands. It was made by “Omega Factory”. The watches under the trade mark 'OMEGA’ always differed by style, accuracy and fidelity to the best traditions of watch affair.

This beautiful timepiece features a nice new made dial. The minute register has black large Roman numerals; inner line of hour time and the index register for the seconds are furnished with Arabic numerals. The sign OMEGA’ with trademark Omega symbol above this complete the wonderful appearance of this watch.

This model of timepiece features a four-piece, double hinged case that was made especially for vintage watch to protect the mechanism from dust and debris and to provide an extra layer of protection from shock or moisture. The inside of back lid has the old trademark Omega symbol with the inscription ‘OMEGA –SWISS MADE – FABRICATION SUISSE’ and case reference number #7.494.034.

The inscriptions: ‘Swiss made’, ‘Fabrication Suisse’ testify that this watch has been assembled on 100% exclusively in Switzerland.

The winding crown is in very good shape and operates properly.

This mechanical timepiece of favorite brand of collectors all over the world has the original branded movement. On the mechanism there are inscriptions: ‘OMEGA WATCH CO’, ‘SWISS’, ‘ADJUSTED TWO 2 POSITIONS’ and ‘FIFTEEN 15 JEWELS’. The signed original movement with genuine jewels has serial number #6.528.366. The serial number on the movement places the date of production of this piece at 1925. The qualitative mechanism is in an excellent status which was very well saved, considering age of this watch.

This watch was converted to wristwatch. This was quite common, as it became “fashionable” for men to wear wristwatches.
