Payment:  We accept Paypal on all our listings. We expect immediate payment.  If you intend to buy more than one item in our store, you should  let us know prior to making a payment so the shipping can be combined. We cannot refund you for the difference after you have made your purchase. Please read carefully all description and choice right sizes. We don't cancel orders. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping:  We want you to get your item as soon as possible and we usually ship items within 1-3 working days (except weekend and holiday).We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure that your address is correct before we ship your package out. We send all goods from Russia via Russian Post Service with tracking number.  Delivery time is 2-6 weeks, but delivery to some countries, such as Argentina and Brazil, may be much longer than estimated. If you didn't receive a parcel within 6 weeks, please contact us.          

          For international orders, please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to bidding or buying. The buyer is responsible for all import duties imposed by their country, if any, as these are not included in the item or shipping cost.

Packaging: We use shipping box or padded envelope and pack each item carefully to ensure it arrives just like you buy from any local fine stores.
