auto mts bella (micro-needling system) is definitely a quality, professional unit.  because of the ergonomic design and quality workmanship, it feels comfortable and stable when using it.  when the motor is operating, it feels tight, firm, and stable; there is less chance of scratching the client.  this has aluminum shell not plastic; therefore, it is much more durable.  i've tested other plastic mts.  if you plan on being in this business more than a year, it is worth purchasing quality.  cheap is not always cheaper.  in the long run, you will end up spending as much or more replacing the cheaper units.  we, esprit supply inc, are the authentic and authorized supplier of bella mts.  it is  made in korea.  

also,  this is the latest upgraded version.  if you look closely at the opposite end of the needle you will see the integrated metal piece which makes more stable.
