Payment
Payment expected within 3 days of auction win, unless
approved of beforehand. If payment is not received by then, the item will be
relisted and buyer will receive an Unpaid Item Violation according to eBay
policy.
Pre-Owned Listings All Pre-Owned items are sold AS IS. We do our very best to review all used items as thoroughly as possible, however there may be prior wear, tear and damage that we are unable to account for. Age and prior use may result in other issues during shipment, particularly when it comes to electronic features of some items.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are marked as such in the title, followed by the estimated release date in the Item Description. The estimated release date in the Item Description is the actual date you will receive the item and takes precedence over the estimate in the listing. Estimated release dates are given to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Our receipt of items from manufacturers may not be the same as wide release, especially items imported from overseas. If in such an occasion as there is a significant delay or manufacturer pushes the release date back, buyers will be notified and have the opportunity to cancel their purchases for a full refund if they wish. Cancellation of an order is possible until a week before wide release. Cancellations will not be accepted after that point as orders will begin to be processed by that point. By making a pre-order purchase, you agree that you understand the pre-order policy.
Returns
In the case of returns, buyer pays return shipping. If in
the event there was an error in your order (wrong item sent or extremely not as
described), we will pay for return shipping. Returns not accepted for used,
as-is auctions. Return shipping will be paid by buyer in the event of Free
Shipping promotion regardless of situation.
By purchasing used items, you agree that you understand the
item is previously used and may/will have wear (i.e. scuffs, scratches, buffs,
paint wear, manufacturer faults or minor damage), including wear that may not
have shown up in the pictures. We do our very best to address any issues with
every product we sell, so we ask that you send us any questions or concerns
BEFORE purchase to ensure satisfaction. We do not accept returns for used items
because they did not meet buyer standards regarding condition and will not
refund return shipping due to such.
