All items are sent via Royal Mail and you will have the choice of First or Second class delivery at checkout. Orders received and paid for before 1pm are usually dispatched same day and you should receive your order within 1-3 working days depending on the service used. We always combine postage and charge an extra £1 delivery for each additional item purchased (UK only). If you do buy multiple items please wait for us to send you an invoice with combined postage before making payment. You can select an item to be sent via recorded delivery if required and a signature will be required upon receipt of the item. We always keep a proof of postage receipt and this can be provided upon request. International postage is available and the price will depend on the total weight of your parcel.

We operate a 14 day no fuss returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If you do have any concerns with your item then please contact us first before raising a dispute or leaving feedback and we will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
