Our aim is to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one, we dispatch daily by Royal Mail or by Tracked Courier Service depending on the size, weight and value of order. Great care is taken in packing and each order is checked individually before dispatch and wrapped appropriately.

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all UK orders and aim to dispatch the same day or next working day. Orders placed over the weekend period will be dispatched on the Monday. Your purchase will be delivered by either Royal Mail or UK Mail.
UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and should arrive within 2 - 3 days.
International orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail; the expected delivery times are as follows:
U.S.A is approximately 7 - 14 days
R.O.W (Rest of World) please allow 14 - 21 days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive this please check your Spam Filter. For International orders please see our postage rates and discounts for multiple items. In the very rare occasion where we are unable to fulfil an order you will be contacted immediately and a full refund will be submitted to your account.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can either exchange or refund the items, providing we receive the item back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
