I have used this bag regularly and a patina has developed on the vachetta along the top of the bag and the handles. This is normal through use. There are a couple of marks on the vachetta which can be seen in the photos. There are no marks on the bag other than one very small scuff near one of the corners (see pic 3) 

The inside is clean with a couple of pen marks. 

I have tried to photograph all the areas of wear but please ask for any other photos you would like. This is a used bag but it has been cared for.
