RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

An item may be returned for any of the following reasons:

Item does not match the description on our listings.   Item is Dead On Arrival (DOA). DOA Items are those that are damaged or do not function as they should when they arrived. NO return will be accepted for reasons other than the above.

Remedies

The seller replaces items that do NOT match the description on our listings with the correct items.   Dead On Arrival (DOA) items may be returned and purchase price shall be refunded (excluding shipping).   The BUYER will pay for all shipping expenses incurred associated with the returns. If after the sale is consummated, the item is found faulty due to buyer's use or misuse/accident and the buyer opts to avail of the 1-year repair warranty, all expenses associated with shipping the watch back and forth for repair are of buyer's expense.

When is Return Warranty Forfeited?

Watch items to be returned should be in the same condition as when they were received. They must NOT have been damaged in the hands of buyers through use, misuse or any accidents. Buyer's neglect forfeits return warranty.   Buyer is required to inform the seller within 48 hours from receipt of the "DOA" item and return the same within (7) seven business days VIA EMS/Postal office of end of the auction. Failure to comply with any of the aforesaid requirements forfeits return warranty.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL after (7) seven business days of receipt of the item.

Items NOT covered by the Seller's Return Warranty.

For watch items, "SOLD AS IS," are NOT covered by seller?s return warranty and, therefore, NO returns of the said items will be accepted.

Refund and Replacement

Allow up to three (3) business days from receipt of returned item for the seller to check the item and send you the refund. Any necessary replacements will be shipped via EMS.

Finally, please make contact to the seller before returning the items to receive an Authority to Return.
