Payment: Payment should be received within four days of auction end. If you need additional time, make this request to us so we can accommodate you.

Shipping Information for U.S. Customers: We ship via USPS and FedEx. We ship the following business day (i.e. Weekday) after payment has cleared.

Returns & Damages: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. Return requests must be requested within 25 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued once we have the item back in its original condition with all tags attached (if applicable) or a photo of the damage is required for damaged claims. We will process full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
