Please read this policy in full and ask us any questions prior to placing any order.

Please refer to the following terms that need to be met in order to accommodate any return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED.

The following is a step by step process to avoid any confusion and make your return/exchange hassle free:

Step 1: The buyer must contact us within 2 days of proof of receiving purchased item(s) to let us know whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.

Step 2:  Once we are contacted within the 2 days as per Step #1, we will provide you with approval of the return/exchange with clear terms and instructions. NO RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCOMMODATED WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL.

Step 3: Once we have communicated with our buyer on how the return/refund will be processed, the buyer will have 2 business days to send us a message with proof that item has been shipped back to us.

Step 4: No item will be accepted if it shows ANY sign of being worn/used, if tags are not still attached or if it is not in the SAME CONDITION it was in when it left our hands. Should we receive an item that does not meet these conditions, it will be shipped back to the buyer without notice.

Step 5: In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee on the replacement item(s). Exchanged items are not subject to any restocking fee.

Step 6: In case of a refund, buyer is responsible for the shipping fee of the item returned. Furthermore, all refunds will show a deduction of a 20% restocking fee off the item price. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Step 7:  A store credit may be issued if agreed upon.  Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issuance.
