Returns Policy:

Our return policy allows for products purchased from us and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support via the eBay Message Center during the 30 day period following date of shipment by us for a refund of: 

 

1.  full purchase price actually paid      If you want to return the item because you do not like it: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

2.  full purchase price plus shipping     If you have received damaged, defective merchandise or wrongfully stocked order.

The return instructions may be obtained by contacting our Customer Support via the eBay Message Center. Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to us. Damage and missing-part restocking fees may apply. If you return a Product to us (i) without requesting a return instruction and approval from us or (ii) beyond the 30 period, or (iii) without proper packaging, we retain the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.
