• We only accept PayPal.

• Ebay Notes to seller are NOT imported into our system and are NOT read. If you need any special assistance with your order, please send us an eBay message instead.
• Paypal Instant Payment is shipped within 24 hours.
• All international orders have online tracking numbers.
• International buyers are responsible for any tariff/import tax duties.  Please check with your country's customs for more details.

• Most orders are processed within 1 business day Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays).
• Our automated process fills orders extremely quickly, so the time window for shipping address changes or cancellations is very short.
• Online tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

• Ask us for a Return Authorization number. You can submit a Return Request through Ebay or send us a message through Ebay.
• Send your item back by writiing the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your Sales Receipt inside.
• Most Returns are processed within 2 weeks (10 business days) from the day we get it back. We will send you an email when a refund is issued through paypal.

What if its a defect?
If your order arrives damaged or with defect, please contact us right away so we can rectify the situation.

What if I want to do an exchange?
To conduct an exchange, please place a new order, then follow the return process above.

You can not return your item if:

• It has been more than 14 days since you received it.
• You used or altered it in anyway. 
• You opened a sealed package.
• It became damaged after you tried it on.

Restocking Fees:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if you:

• If Tracking Data shows delivery was attempted but cannot be delivered due to undeliverable as addressed or if the package was refused.
• Received Free Shipping.
• Return your item(s) without an RA numbers.
• Return 6 or more of the same item(s) (even if it's different sizes).

Shipping Charges:
Return shipping charges must be paid for by the customer. All original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
