Get NMEA data into your PC or MAC with this super stable interface.
The NMEA to USB Adaptor works on PCs, Macs and Linux computers, and converts NMEA 0183 data, used by many marine systems, into a USB format that can be plugged into most modern computers.
The adaptor is a bi-directional device so data can be sent to and from systems and supports traditional 4800 baud data or the higher speed 38400 baud rate used by AIS systems. LEDs show data being received and transmitted which helps with interfacing issues and all the electronics are encapsulated into the connector. The device creates a virtual COM port on the PC which navigation and charting software can use to read NMEA data. Multiple adaptors can be connected if necessary which effectively allow any number of NMEA ports to be created on your PC.
The device ships with a multi platform driver CD so it can be used on PCs, MACs and even Linux based systems. If you’re using the device with an AIS, you’ll get a bonus as SmarterTrack Lite AIS viewing software is included on the CD - effectively turning your PC into an AIS target display.

Our standard (free) delivery will normally arrive in 2 days to most parts of mainland Britain. We regret this is likely to take longer to the Islands plus Central and Northern Scotland. We normally use Hermes, Yodel or CollectPlus; you will be notified which Carrier with the "Tracking Info". Small/light packages are sent by First Class Parcel Post and will often arrive the day after they are sent.
If you really want your order to arrive within 1 or 2 days, we strongly advise you to use the "Express Delivery" option but note this does NOT guarantee Saturday delivery (i.e. Monday to Friday only). If you have any queries about delivery times and/or costs, please ask.
If you have not received your goods within 5 days of us notifying you of the despatch date, you must notify us immediately. Claims for lost items cannot be dealt with after this time.

We are happy to Cover all Postage Costs For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported to us within 5 days of delivery.
If you have changed your mind about an order, you must let us know within 30 days. You will be required to cover all postage costs. We will not accept returns if the item is not in the original packaging, does not include all the original manuals etc or has been used.
