PAYMENT / RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:  
•We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. On credit card transaction we will need to send 
you a secure link to make payment. 
•Washington State sales tax applies to items shipped with in Wa State.
•Tracking information is supplied upon shipping at no additional cost.
•Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be in there original unopened factory sealed box. 
Restock charge of 15% and the freight to you will apply to all returns. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
•Shipping Costs can be found under the Shipping & Payments tab (just below the pictures).
•We do combine shipping cost for two or more items purchased. In order to receive a combined invoice for multiple 
purchases, please purchase items and let us know when you are done shopping so we can send you one combined invoice. 
We can only combine shipping cost on items before they are paid for. 
•99% of our orders are shipped within 24hrs of receiving your payment (Monday - Friday).
•Any special shipping instructions need to be included in Paypal's Note area when making your payment. We get 100's 
of Emails a day and it's hard to match all Emails to Payments.
•Any re-shipping charges due to no one home to accept shipment or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. 

USA SHIPPING (LOWER 48 STATES) 
•Ground shipping takes 1-7 working days depending on your location (please note delays can happen by the shipping 
company which is out of our control - weather, missing a connection etc. 
•Sometimes we will use UPS / USPS sure post. 
This is a system where UPS takes it 99% of the way but USPS might deliver it to your door.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
•Priority Mail takes 1-2 Weeks
•1st Class Mail takes 3-6 Weeks and cannot be tracked/traced after leaving the USA.
In some cases it has taken up to 8 weeks to deliver. Please do not use 1st Class Mail if you cannot wait that long. 
•Sorry we have no control on items after they leave the USA 
(tracking, delays due to customs or any additional tax/charges applied by your country).

•When will my item/items ship?
•Our items ship out normally within 24hrs of receiving your order. If the order is placed Friday after our cutoff time 
it will not ship out until the following work day (Monday unless it is a holiday). Please note delays can happen after 
shipping due to weather, etc. which is out of our control. 

•Are your items new and how do you pack the items?
•We items come from a smoke free warehouse. All are cars are factory new and never opened unless listed as 
damaged/defective/box etc. We only sell diecast cars which allows us to specialize in what we do. Items are boxed 
in a 200lb rated box and wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the item in shipping.
