We offer FREE shipping on almost all orders (although we do have to charge on our ultra-bargains!).

Your order will usually be dispatched on the same working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within two working days. Item's under £50 are sent via FedEx 48hr Service, and items above that are sent via FedEx Next Day.  There may be some additional charges applied for some postcodes...

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement and we get it sorted ASAP.
