Optomax lenses are well known and these 12 blade versions are sought after. 

This lens is in good condition. A really neat preset diaphragm lens with a small light footprint and equivalent to a standard prime on 2/3 chip digital cameras.

A wide angle lens is great for shooting interiors in tight conditions, creative exaggerated perspective shots and where a long depth of focus is an advantage. With the 12 blade diaphragm really nice smooth and circular out of focus point source light effects can be achieved [Bokeh]

**When buying old lenses for modern digital cameras please check compatibility before purchasing.  Whilst most older lenses will fit your camera and work well in a manual or semi automatic mode you may need to set your camera controls to recognise lenses that have no electronic information transfer connections.  It is impossible for me to know how an old lens will work with every camera so whilst I am happy to accept returns in such circumstances this will not include postage.
