We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to 48 continental states ONLY.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands:

We do not offer free shipping to the above territories. Customer must contact us for shipping cost information. If you have already received an email correspondence from us, please pay the adjusted amount for shipping cost, or wait for us to send you an adjusted invoice.

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's (your) responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. An "extended area surcharge" may apply to you depending on your international location. Buyers will generally pay these fees upon receipt of your shipment. When using a carrier for international shipping, please note that we are ONLY responsible for shipping your item to your carrier's hub. After delivery of your item to your carrier's hub, any event that follows is the responsibility of your chosen carrier. Any questions or inquiries should therefore be directed to them. Please do not contact us as we would no longer be responsible for your package at this point.

Domestic Shipping:

Select Trades ships domestically every business day that UPS and the USPS are in operation.

Please note the following terms regardless of the auction shipping details:

All packages under one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS
All packages exceeding one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via UPS
Any order of over $200 will require a signature upon delivery for the protection of our customers.
If a customer chooses to change their delivery address mid-transit, there would be a required $15 fee.
If a customer rejects package upon delivery, the customer would be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Items will only be shipped to PayPal confirmed shipping addresses.
No exceptions to the above mentioned items.
Items purchased and paid for by 8:00am EST normally ship the same business day.
Items purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST will ship the next business day.
Items purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST Friday and through Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Tracking numbers will be automatically updated by item into your eBay bought items list once the package has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking number, please email us and we will provide the information to your directly.

Damaged Packages:

If you noticed any damages to your package(s), please refuse the package and make sure to have the UPS driver make a note of it. Select Trades must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the damaged package to initiate a return or an exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Please note there is a 20% Restocking Fee on ALL returns. Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping process, therefore we strongly encourage the customer to pack their returns carefully and insure the merchandise when shipping their returns. Your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. Your item must also be included in its original factory packaging, and include all originally packaged content which may not be limited to installation guides, user manuals, warranty packets, and other accessories. If your item was use, has been opened, or is not included in its original condition and packaging we may refuse to refund or exchange the item. You will be responsible for picking up or returning your package at your expense.

Warranty Coverage:

We offer one hundred eighty (180) day full warranty on all new electronics products & speaker systems. Items that do not qualify for our 180 day warranty service are listed below:

  • We offer sixty (60) day warranty on all subwoofer systems.
  • We offer thirty (30) day warranty on all headphones.
  • We offer one hundred eighty (180) day warranty on all speaker systems.
  • We offer one hundred eighty (180) day warranty on all other electronics products.

We strongly recommend for all electronics to be installed by a certified professional. Warranty is void for all items not installed by a certified expert.
Physical damage is not covered under the warranty. Example: Burned voice-coil in speakers or subwoofers is physical damage and is not covered by the warranty.
When sending a defective item in for an exchange, please include a copy of installation receipts, your eBay purchase receipt, and a brief description of the problem. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

30 Day Refund Guarantee:

We only offer refunds for unused, unopened items. You may return your unopened/unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days after the purchase date. We will refund you the value of the product minus 20% restocking fee. Please note that upon receiving your refund that you must accept the eBay cancellation notice and close any open cases in the eBay Resolution Center.
