UK small packet - estimated delivery within 2-4 business days (excl.weekends),
European Union countries delivery within 7-10 business days (excl.weekends),
Europe non-union countries delivery within 10-16 business days (excl. weekends),
USA, Canada, Australia & other non-European countries delivery within 7-10 business days (excl. weekends)
Russia - approximate delivery 18 - 30 business days (excl. weekends) - due to frequent delays at the Russian Customs office & the the very slow Russian Postal services,
Please note that those delivery times are approximate & the actual delivery might take a bit shorter or longer time, depending on the geographical area you live, accessibility, weather conditions, Customs processing time, etc.
Terms of Sale
I accept all returns as long as the item has not been used & all original tags, labels & dust bags are in tact & included. Full payment will be refunded upon receiving the goods back.
Please contact me within 7 days from the delivery date & then post the item back within 14 days from the delivery date. Buyer pays the return postage cost.
In very rare situations, where the wrong item was sent by mistake or the item is found faulty, the cost of the returned postage will be reimbursed to the buyer after receiving the goods - that cost cannot be greater then the original shipping cost.
IMPORTANT - International buyers from outside the European Union, always indicate on the Custom Label that you?re returning your goods to the UK by indicating it is RETURNED MERCHANDISE - please contact me for further details before posting your goods back.
