Seat is factory  upholstered in a multi colored orchid and ivory decorative stripped fabric. See additional photo for detail of fabric. Arm chair measure 25 1/2" wide x 43" high x 24" deep. Seat height: 20". Arm height: 28" (measured at the top of the padded arm rests).  Minor paint touch up on edges of arms. See additional photo for detail.
